Main Street Pilates is Salinas’ first studio dedicated solely to the art and movement of Pilates. With a focus on Strength, Balance and Flexibility we work with our clients to regain a body of balance and improve your overall health and well being. Our complete apparatus studio specializes in rehabilitation, sports enhancement and core strengthening exercises, while educating our clients about their body’s ability to move with poise.
The Reformer doesn’t replace mat exercises, but the resistance training that it provides adds a whole new dimension of strength training to your Pilates.
